I’m a psychodynamic counsellor, currently offering online counselling. I am a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I follow the ethical guidelines set by them.

I trained as a counsellor at the University of Brighton, UK and work as a therapist at the Rock Clinic Association as well as in private practice.

As well as my work as a therapist, I have extensive experience as a teacher, and as a professional musician. I am therefore also interested in working with musicians and have first hand knowledge of the challenges faced in this industry. I have consulted for music charity Help Musicians UK, who are pushing advances in the field of musicians’ mental health following their groundbreaking Music Minds Matter project.

When in-person sessions resume I will be working from my base in Brighton & Hove, but will also continue to offer online sessions.
